COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP....5th chakra EMPOWERING BOTH sides of communication june 17th 1:30-4:30pm
come and expand on something we use daily. The gift of communicating. not only efficiently, but discover what your challenges are in using this tool while standing in your power, offering also the gift of empowering your listener. So that when you are expressed fully, you are also serving your audience in their own growth.
the fifth chakra governs two vessels:
speaking (outgoing expression), and also listening, (receiving).
so often what we want to express is missed....due to projections from both sides.
when the communicator is clear, grounded, it becomes clear HOW to deliver information, intimacy in a way which feels safe, and is therefore received. it can be an inspiring expericence of growth and empowerment. -a dance of energetics.

the power of negotiating/ anchoring the receiver.
moving through the old....shedding old skins which may be holding you back.
releasing ego in order to hold space for the experience...genuinely.

we are spiritual beings living in society. these factors will be represented.
my intention is to raise vibration in this area and have each participant explore their own dynamic and create SHIFT.
We will work with the collective and together raise our own awareness of how to use the tools of communication in a new way, more comfortable in our own skins of expression.
some yoga poses, and sound involved. simple, feel good workshop designed for new/experieced yoga practioners, or simply those interesed in growing their potential.
each who attends will have space to be exactly where they are.
