i am leaving my beautiful studio apt., and would like it to go to someone in the community.

beachwood canyon/hlwd, neighborhood. walking distance to la poubelle, birds, mayfair etc.
right off the 101, 10 min. to dntn. (at the right time)
living room/bedroom: wall to wall 6ft high bay windows, with white painted wood floors. bright white walls/butterscotchy orange trim.
kitchen/dining area:
big enough that i created a work/painting space in dining part, which has a big window.
black and wht. checkered tiled floor. great counter space for those who cook a lot.
a little vanity room seperate from the main room, on the way to the bathroom which has yellow tiles chest high on the walls, and green tile floor. -bathtub. and window above that.
FOUR closets, plenty of storage space througout.
built ins and crown mouldings, 1930s s.f. style building. high cielings throughout (9ft as opposed to 7)
southfacing windows thoughout. -always bright.
pretty sound proof all the way around, i have sanded and drilled at 3am on more than one occasion and no one complained.
no parking now, but you figure out the system. there is a wait list for prking. dnstrs. but it moves slow.
great tenants, nice, like minded 30 somethings that don't get in your way but will say hello in the hall.

what you ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE to get the place:
GOOD CREDIT (don't bother if you don't, there's no getting around that one)
500. deposit and first month rent of 875.
sign 1yr. lease.
-this is NOT a sublet, i just want to hook up the tribe with the place as it's so hard to get a good place for a good price.
i have LOVED living here, and am only moving to another unit in building (1 bdrm).
it is bright, feels private, and inspiring if you create the space.
